Our Mission and Vision

R&R’s mission is to bring mental health into the future by standardizing and researching new innovative mental health protocols.

Our team of experts collaborates with healthcare professionals to create effective solutions that promote wellness and recovery. We believe in the power of community and strive to provide resources that empower individuals to take charge of their mental health. Through our initiatives, we aim to raise awareness and foster understanding of mental health issues, ensuring that no one faces these challenges alone.

R&R was founded in 2008 to research and validate the Reconsolidation of Traumatic Memories Protocol™.  The RTM Protocol™  uses no drugs, is non-traumatic, cost-effective and is usually completed in under 5 hours.  After rigorous scientific trials, including one done at Walter Reed, the RTM Protocol™ and the support of such notable institutions as: Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, Fort Belvoir, VA centers, Mind Research Network (University of New Mexico), and Home Base Veterans Service Program (Boston) RTM Protocol™ is slowly being accepted by mainstream therapists.
After training more than 700 therapists in the RTM ProtocolTM  R&R sold the intellectual rights of the RTM Protocol™ to Querestra, which plans to continue training therapists around the globe in the protocol.
Moving forward, R&R plans on continuing and expanding research the RTM Protocol™  as well other protocols for stress, weigh loss and more.  Please considering donating to this important cause today.
